8 romanian deadlifts
8 heavy goblet squats into max wall sit with KB
Rest as needed

Part C:

In teams of 3 –
7 min AMRAP:
15 bar facing burpees
*rest while partners goes, each partner does 15 before rotating
* accumulate as many burpees as possible in 7 mins as a team
