In Pairs:
3 Rounds each:
Partner 1 – Row or ski erg 300/250M
Partner 2 –
Round 1 – 20 HSPU/ push-ups EACH
Round 2 – 25 KB swings EACH
Round 3 – Can only row while hugging a Dball
*Switch each round once partner completes row
