Part A:

Practice HS walk for 10 mins

Part B:

Attempt:
– Max set strict HSPU/ Strict Seated DB press
– Max strict pull-up
*Scale so at least 5 reps

Then 4 alternating sets of:
80% of above
(i.e if did 5 of each – do 4 sets of 4 HSPU and 4 strict pull-ups)

Part C:

4 sets for time:
60 double unders
15 Toes to bar
Set 1/3: 2 Rope climbs
Set 2/4: 2 peg board/4 commando pull-ups
