Membership options and pricing
We offer several different membership options to suit your particular needs. These range from monthly membership packages based on weekly attendance to punch cards which enable you to pay per session. None of our monthly membership options require a long-term commitment and members have the option to shift between options or cancel with one months’ notice. Before deciding on what membership works best for you we encourage everyone to try our “Launchpad” special which is R500 to train at 3 sessions per week – this really gives you a good sense of what the facility is all about and will allow you to make an informed decision as to what membership would work best for you.
Students & Couples
We have student and couples rates available – please contact us to find out what these are.

We welcome CrossFitters from other boxes with open arms. Please note that you need to inform us that you plan on attending a class and will be required to pay a drop-in fee or purchase a BRC T-shirt.
